My time is carefully balanced between the fashion store, my beloved partner, music, and my work as a real estate agent. I spend three days a week at the store, and the other three immersed in real estate—either at the company’s downtown office or in my own real estate workspace, which I’ve set up just across from the store. My husband works from home as a financial consultant. I’m an early riser and usually start my day with a workout at the gym located in our building, or I go for a swim—the weather here is warm almost year-round, with only January and February bringing a bit of a chill.
